Hey there! I’m Shreyas, currently pursuing my Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering. I’m deeply passionate about deep learning, computational neuroscience, and large language models. My research combines data analysis and machine learning to derive meaningful insights. Right now, I’m exploring how to improve reasoning capabilities in smaller language models and exploring behavioral patterns in LLMs, among other exciting topics.

The idea that we can teach machines to think and especially the attention mechanism introduced in the “Attention Is All You Need” paper is something that absolutely blows my mind. It’s astonishing how humans were able to come up with something so complex and beautiful.

Outside the academic world, you’ll probably find me listening to music, making some beats of my own, exploring something fascinating yet completely random, or immersed in playstation.
